Terms of Service

By accessing our digital booking platforms, scheduling via phone, or engaging in grooming services at L305 Barbershop, you acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms of Service. These policies govern all appointments, studio visits, retail purchases, and digital communications with our studio and staff.

L305 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued scheduling or patronage following posted revisions constitutes informed agreement to all changes.

All appointments must be confirmed through our certified booking system with a valid payment card on file. For specialty treatments, bridal grooming suites, or multi-hour sessions, an upfront non-refundable 30% deposit is mandatory to lock the dedicated chair time.

We operate on dedicated, punctual appointment intervals. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments. Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate.

Appointments rescheduled within the approved window transfer deposits seamlessly without penalty to the new requested date.

To protect the experience of every guest throughout the day, we maintain a strict 10-minute grace period. Arrivals past the 10-minute threshold may require an abbreviated service at full price or a complete forfeiture and reschedule to prevent delay of subsequent client appointments.

Failure to arrive for your scheduled session without prior notification impacts master barbers and waiting clients. Clients marked as a 'No-Show' will be billed 100% of the scheduled appointment fee using the card on file.

Every tailored cut or precision hot towel treatment begins with a brief diagnostic consultation. Clients must communicate hair conditions, chemical treatments, skin sensitivities, or allergies before service execution. While our barbers apply elite craftsmanship, variation based on natural hair texture and scalp morphology is acknowledged.

L305 strictly adheres to medical-grade sanitation protocols, hospital-level disinfectant regimens (Barbicide & autoclave tooling), and single-use razor disposals. Barbers reserve the sovereign right to decline service if active contagious skin or scalp conditions are observed, ensuring the health and safety of our community.

All listed prices reflect standard service baselines. Additional design work, extended beard sculpting, or intensive restorative scalp treatments will be quoted during consultation. We accept all major credit cards, contactless mobile payments, and studio gift certificates. Cash transactions are accepted with exact change preferred.

Unopened, manufacturer-sealed grooming goods, pomades, and tonics may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of receipt. Opened or used personal grooming products cannot be accepted for refund due to sanitary regulations.

Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present during consultation. For the safety and comfort of all patrons in a luxury studio setting featuring sharp tooling and hot lather systems, unattended young children are strictly prohibited in the cutting area.

From time to time, photography and videography may occur in studio common areas to showcase craftsmanship and educational material. If you prefer not to appear in studio portfolio captures, simply notify your barber or the front desk prior to commencement.

L305 Barbershop and its licensed contractors shall not be held liable for damages, adverse skin reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, or client property left unattended on studio premises. These terms are governed and construed under state and local municipal laws.
